Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the Wellphoria AI TestFlight beta. The beta uses a staging-backed service and is not production-ready. Beta data may be reset as the service changes.
We may process account information, including your phone number, to create and authenticate your account. If you choose to connect Apple Health, we may process the HealthKit data you authorize. If you choose to provide them, we may also process clinical records, genetic uploads, and selected calendar fields.
We process chat messages and any attachments you send so the service can respond to you. We may also process device and push-notification identifiers, and limited analytics and diagnostic information, to operate and improve the beta.
We use account and service data to provide the beta, authenticate accounts, synchronize the data you choose to share, deliver notifications, and respond to support requests. We use limited analytics and diagnostic information to understand reliability and usage; this does not include raw HealthKit or clinical-record data, genetic uploads, chat-message content, or attachment contents. We may use service providers that process information on our behalf to operate these functions. We do not publish fixed retention periods for beta data.
You can choose whether to grant HealthKit, clinical-record, calendar, or notification permissions, and can change applicable device permissions. To ask about your account or data, or to request account and data deletion, email info@wellphoria.ai. The beta does not currently provide an in-app deletion flow.
